Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "Platform" refers to the shoei33 website and all digital services offered; "User" refers to any individual who registers, logs in or uses those services; "Account" refers to an officially registered user profile; and "Transaction" refers to any financial activity including deposits, withdrawals or bets.

Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all related accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, users are required to provide:

• Full name matching your identification document
• A valid active mobile phone number
• A reachable email address
• A strong and unique password for this account

Users are fully responsible for keeping their login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact shoei33 customer support immediately via our 24/7 live chat.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

shoei33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. shoei33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours from the time the request is received.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Betting and Gaming Rules

Users agree to use the shoei33 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Use of automated systems, bots, third-party assistance software, or any mechanism that provides an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

shoei33 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction suspected of involving:

• Fraud or game manipulation
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage
• Deliberate exploitation of bugs or technical errors
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated bonuses

All game results produced by the shoei33 system are final. In the event of a dispute, shoei33 system logs will be used as valid evidence.

Account Suspension and Termination

• Conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users

Users may also request voluntary account termination by contacting the shoei33 customer support team. Any funds remaining in the account after all active bets are settled will be returned to the user following the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to successful identity verification.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

shoei33 provides its services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranty regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for any particular purpose.

shoei33 will not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred from gambling activity
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond its control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by user negligence
• Indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages

shoei33's total liability to a user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Amendments to Terms

shoei33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without any obligation to notify each user individually. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on the shoei33 website.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform. Continued use after the effective date of an amendment is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

shoei33 operates under an international licence and complies with the regulations set by the relevant licensing authority. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through the arbitration process established by the licensing authority.
